Worlds Travel LLC is an independent Online Travel Agency. We are not affiliated with any airline, cruise line, hotel, or travel brand. IATA & CLIA accredited.

2. Bookings

All bookings are subject to availability and the fare rules of the relevant supplier. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a written confirmation and booking reference from us.

3. Service fees

Worlds Travel LLC may charge a service fee for arranging bookings. Any applicable fee will be disclosed and agreed with you before any payment is taken.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. By completing a payment you agree to the amount and currency disclosed at checkout.

5. Cancellations & refunds

Cancellation and refund rights depend on the fare rules of the supplier (airline, hotel, etc.). Please refer to our Refund Policy and contact us at support@worldstravel.au to initiate any cancellation.

6. Liability

Worlds Travel LLC acts as an agent and is not liable for the acts or omissions of suppliers. We are not responsible for cancellations, delays, or changes made by suppliers.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction where Worlds Travel LLC is registered.
